Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jureza.com, including any mobile or digital platform owned by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Availability
Jureza.com is currently available to residents of the United States only. Any orders placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically cancelled. Availability of our services to business users (B2B) is under development and may be released in the future.
Eligibility & Age Restrictions
To place an order on Jureza, you must be 18 years or older, or have express consent from a parent or legal guardian. Orders placed with payment information from individuals under 16 years of age will be automatically declined. Orders from individuals aged 16–18 may be manually reviewed, and we may contact the customer to verify authorization.
Accounts & Guest Checkout
Customers may choose to create an account or proceed with guest checkout. For guest checkouts, personal information is retained only for order fulfillment and is deleted 14 days after delivery. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Jureza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms.
Order Management
Jureza reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, incorrect inventory data, or system malfunctions. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be contacted via email. Upon confirmation, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Marketing Communications
By opting in to receive marketing communications, you agree to receive promotional emails from Jureza. These may include new product announcements, offers, and updates. Communications are managed via trusted platforms like Klaviyo and are only sent after explicit opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in every email.
