Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

(Custom made products or specially ordered items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-refundable.)

How to Request a Return

We will provide you with a Return Form and the appropriate Return Address. This form must be included inside your return package.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Jureza is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within
7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund once the item has been returned and verified.
