Where We Ship
Jureza currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from within the U.S.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once processed, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the supplier and shipping carrier. We partner with multiple suppliers, so delivery times may vary slightly based on product location and availability.
Carriers
While most packages are shipped via UPS, the final shipping carrier is determined by our supplier and may vary. We aim for fast and reliable delivery with every order.

Shipping is always free — no minimums, no hidden fees.
Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, typically within 1–2 business days. This allows you to follow your shipment in real-time as it heads toward your local depot. Track Your Order >
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the supplier. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur during holidays, weekends, or when a product is temporarily out of stock. If a significant delay arises, we’ll notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged and Jureza is at fault, we will issue a refund. If the issue lies outside our control (e.g. incorrect address input, carrier fault), we will support you as far as possibl. But ultimate responsibility lies with the carrier.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
